Eternal Optimism
Wednesday Jun 07, 2023
Wednesday Jun 07, 2023
Today, we will talk about why being an optimistic person isn't just helpful for success in our current world... it's necessary! In order to make things take place in your business journey, you must become an eternal optimist.
There is power in being a positive leader! The world is full of negativity. What are you allowing INTO your mind and into your heart? Are those helping you build a positive mindset?
What we believe determines what we create. What we say and how we say it will eventually come to pass. If you are looking for the GOOD in things, you will find it... but the inverse is also true. If you are looking for the BAD in things... you will definitely find it! In order to do this, we have to overcome our biology... because our mind and body are trying to keep us alive.
Consider starting a gratitude journal and telling people what you are grateful for. At the end of the day, write down the wins that happened.

In today's economy, some people are an entrepreneurs... some are solopreneurs... some are work from home preneurs!
In the world of network marketing, we get to be ALL of these in some ways. We are focused on helping others in order to build a team that can lead to real success. There is a massive shift when you step away from the world of an employee to any of these categories of "preneur."
When you're an employee, you let the problems roll up to the next layer of leadership... but when you are the owner, it's your job to fix the problems and find solutions!
In order to live in this space, you MUST be optimistic! A positive mindset will get you through the ups and downs that are bound to come when you are a business owner.

7 Questions That Lead to Success
Tuesday May 09, 2023
Tuesday May 09, 2023
Today, we'll talk through key questions that lead you to success!
What does success look like for me in THIS season of my life? We need to stop judging our current success based on the past.
How would you describe your best personal self? Do you have solid affirmations and "I am" statements that you declare over your life daily? You may not be here now, but there are power in your words and your thoughts!
Looking back a few years from now, what would you WISH you had done? This is a powerful exercise to get vision for what today can be.
What opportunities do you have right now in the midst of challenges to solve problems that can lead to long term success?
Who can you help?
Who can help you?
So much of success should be tied to helping other people!

Habits, Habits, Habits!!
Wednesday May 03, 2023
Wednesday May 03, 2023
Today we'll dig into FOUR cornerstones of habits!
Habits are what keep your live and missions in order and moving toward your long term goals.
First, you must take ownership of your habits. That means you need to identify what good habits and bad habits you already have in place. Are they serving you or are they taking from you? Once you identify them, you can then determine if you need to rewire them or strengthen them!
You must understand that habits take time to develop... and therefore take time to break and reprogram!
Many scientists say it takes 21 days to create a habit... but the truth is that we all know it takes MUCH longer to truly install a habit as part of our daily rhythm.
These become our life on purpose through autopilot over time! You have to develop a dynamic and healthy routine around the new habits you desire! This will help you be excited to have your new habit start to become a part of your routines.
We cannot make huge 30% or 40% changes -- we need to take very real 1% changes daily to progressively change who we are becoming over time!

You ARE Qualified!
Wednesday Apr 26, 2023
Wednesday Apr 26, 2023
So many of us battle the lies of imposter syndrome... so today, we will take the time to understand how we ARE qualified.
Each of us must take our thoughts CAPTIVE when they stray toward discouragement and unhealthy places.
People do not LOVE or TRUST people who act like they are perfect. People identify with your struggles - not your successes. We all love hearing the underdog story - to understand what people went through to accomplish their level of success. YOU have a story too even if you haven't made it through the valley yet!
You don't know how many lives you will change if you are willing to be someone who helps other people! One small moment has the potential to impact not just one person, but their entire legacy and family tree. If we SEE our days this way, it'll change how we approach each person we encounter.
Your past doesn't disqualify you. Even the mistakes and hard moments can qualify you to help people who are walking through similar circumstances!

Smart Goals
Wednesday Apr 12, 2023
Wednesday Apr 12, 2023
Today, we will talk about setting SMART goals!
The beginning of the month is a great time to revisit your goals for the year and reevaluate your goals for this next goals.
When you're setting goals, use the acronym SMART.
SPECIFIC
Your brain wants detailed and specific information... not vague information.
MEASURABLE
You need a starting point and a destination. This way, you know where the beginning is and you have a clear end point in mind.
ACHIEVEABLE
Is the goal realistic and within reach. Will it push you and force you to do extra work to get it done.
REAL
Is your goal really your goal... or is it someone else's goal for you?
TIME
Your goal has to have an end date or else you won't work with the right intensity. It helps you set appropriate urgency!

5 Keys To a Life Well Lived
Tuesday Apr 04, 2023
Tuesday Apr 04, 2023
Today we will talk about FIVE keys to live a life well lived!
1.) Feed your mind! Stand guard to the doors of your mind. - Jim Rohn Pay attention to what is coming in your doors... your eyes and your ears because those are what shape your thoughts! Make sure that when you are speaking, you are speaking positive things because what comes out of your mouth also goes into your ears. Focus on things that will FEED your dreams and not starve them. Learning CAN lead to action when you apply it.
2.) Feed and strengthen your body EVERY day! This helps with your longevity as well as with your energy and mental clarity in your daily tasks. It can be as simple as 10 minutes per day of movement. By creating the discipline in this area, it will lend strength to other areas of discipline you are working to install!
3.) Find a role model. We all need a mentor - someone to follow and learn from. Even if you don't have a chance to meet someone - you can still learn from the content they create as books, podcasts, etc.
4.) Take MASSIVE Action. We all have heard that knowledge is power... and though that is true, the application of knowledge is where the REAL power shows up. Taking massive action on the things you have learned is what can create the real results you desire.
5.) Give more than you expect to receive. People who have the most success are almost always those who give more than they expect to gain from others. Live generously and spend your energy on behalf of others! How can you serve people more today?

The CEO of You
Tuesday Mar 28, 2023
Tuesday Mar 28, 2023
Today, we'll have a conversation about how YOU are the CEO of your life. Many of these ideas come from a talk from Dennis Wheatley.
Here are some of the high points:
You need to decide to become a master of the profession you have decided to be in. You cannot control what others do, but you can develop very real competency in your field.
We each have to be aware of the clock. Every person has the same 24 hours per day - but we all have a choice on how we utilize that time. Our goal needs to be to SPEND that time well rather than trying to simply save that time.
Stop watching primetime TV. This is a great time to build wealth from 6 to 11 pm.
Next, you must take ownership of the thoughts going through your mind. That which goes through your mind will direct what you do and who you become!
What is your why? What helps drive you to get out of bed to run with everything you have every single day? Locking this in is critical!
Commitment - what you give your time to should reflect the values and the cause that you have determined is at your core!
You are in control of who you hang around! The 5 people you hang out the most will influence your life more than any other factor. Are those people making you better or worse?!

8 Habits of Great Leaders: Part 2
Tuesday Mar 21, 2023
Tuesday Mar 21, 2023
Today, we will continue the conversation about the 8 habits of GREAT leaders from a leadership teaching with Craig Groeschel.
Habit #5 is the habit of touching the lines. Make sure that whatever you are doing, follow through. If you cheat in practice... you are only cheating yourself and your personal progress! If you don't show up fully, those you lead will cut corners as well! Don't stop when you're tired - stop when you are DONE.
Habit #6 is the habit of ONE more rep! When you become a world class leader, you have started to do MORE than what is expected of you! The compounding impact of just one more rep over time is astronomical! If you are going to be a leader who does one more, become the problem solver... not someone who just points out the issues.
Habit #7 is the habit of fueling the fire. If you want to continue driving, you have to INSPIRE others... which means you have to first be INSPIRED.
Habit #8 is the habit of showing back up. I commit and I don't quit.

8 Habits of GREAT Leaders: Part 1
Tuesday Mar 14, 2023
Tuesday Mar 14, 2023
In today's episode, we'll have a conversation following the first part of a talk from Craig Groeschel about the 8 habits of great leaders.
Here are some of the high points:
Great leaders aren't born... they are created. Your habits create WHO you are! The best leaders aren't always the smartest, the hardest working or the best connected. The best leaders intentionally commit to strategic habits that produce desired results.
How you wake up MATTERS... do you wake up without an alarm? Do you wake up on the FIRST alarm... or do you snooze multiple times before getting up? Become a person who decides you will not hit that snooze button to delay your morning opportunities!
PRE-decide on the key items that need to be completed each day. Any time you can make a decision ahead of time... make that decision. Any time you can automate a decision, do it.
Be willing to make the HARD RIGHT choice rather than taking the easy path. Do not delay and put off the difficult decisions you are responsible for.
The natural trajectory is to be SELF focused... as you grow in influence, you will need to intentionally need to make choices to be OTHERS focused.
