Some people LIVE in planning mode... you need to make the shift into execution mode!
There is a difference between leaders and those who simply want to belong. Are you willing to step OUT of what's comfortable to start pushing yourself and challenging those around you to become BETTER.
Throughout your year, create separation moments and throughout each week... look for opportunities to take back even more ground. When are the windows with others are unwilling to work that you can make progress?
You work from 9-5 to make a living... but wealth is often built in the 6-8 and on Saturday!
