Today we'll have a conversation about what can be the HARDEST level of leadership... SELF leadership. So often, the hardest person to lead is MYSELF!
There is a difference between someone in a leadership position and someone who can actually lead with strength, clarity and humility.
There are three leadership abilities...
1. The ability to lead people.
2. The ability to help your team or organization grow.
3. The ability to influence people.
When you're leading yourself, you have to decide WHO you are. You need to build on your strengths. AND you need to develop a peaceful center.
Who you are and what you do actually speak much louder than simply what you SAY. Your actions speak louder than words.
Identifying what you are great at will help you figure out the areas where you can grow and develop your influence.
