As a leader, it is very important that you can handle criticism and direct feedback with discernment and grace. The first question you ask is WHO is bringing you that feedback. Evaluate if their input is important for you to learn from in order to bring change.
Next, it's so important to OWN when you make a mistake and take responsibility for those errors.
When it comes to leading, it's critical you stop micromanaging your team and begin to set key priorities so they know where to invest their time and energy.
As a leader, it's critical you become the most consistent learner in the room. Are you willing to do the hard work to be growing and being filled up?
